In addition to providing 6 measured parameters – the GMX501 can derive multiple additional parameters based on combining measured parameters, such as gust, average wind speed and dew point. A neat, powerful and flexible weather monitoring solution The GMX501 is engineered to ensure high measurement accuracy, low maintenance, and reliable continuous status reporting. It includes a range of sensor configurations allowing customers to select the model most appropriate to their needs. The GMX501’s data is output as a single string which is available on a range of communications protocols – SDI-12 is default, but can be switched by user to MODBUS, RS232, RS422, RS485 or NMEA*.
