Automatic soil blocking machine GTP

The GTP is a full-automatic transpose for a large soil blocking production (up to 600 crates/hour). It comes standard with a pneumatic drum seeder and a recuperation soil conveyor. The transpose die is always developed in consultation with the customer. The qualitative soil blocks are perfectly processable with all semi- and full-automatic planting machines. A touch screen guarantees a simple operation. The GTP is supplied with homogenous moistened soil thanks to the demtec soil mixer and an impregnating buffer. GTP units are mostly put in line with an automated crate supply and evacuation device. Furthermore, we provide mulching equipment, crate washers and a full-automatic soil supply. All machines are installed in function of the available space, the accessibility and the internal logistics for the crates.
