The YJ1 is a one yard Soil Mixer. It can mix 6 to 8 cubic yards per hour. The YJ1 Soil Mixer by Ellis Products is guaranteed to mix several combinations of materials including; peat, wood shavings, perlite, vermiculite, your chemicals and fertilizers. The YJ1 can also be easily attached to the Ellis Flat & Pot Filler. The YJ1 can be 230V in Single Phase or 230V Three Phase motor control. This mixer is also available as a 2 yard soil mixer (YJ2). This is a horticultural Soil Less media mixer designed to mix no more than 28 lbs per cubic foot. “Soil less means it might look like soil, but it’s actually just a mix of organic matter like peat, wood chips, or coco coir, perlite and/or vermiculite, and often a slow-release fertilizer.
