Tunnel maker is the revolutionary designed machine to build small tunnels for crop protection, which build hoops and covering the mulch in one pass. This unique machine has 2 models: semi-automatic and full-automatic, they are all use the straight EPGF poles which are bent by robots inserting soil to form arcs, then cover the plastic mulch automatically. The hoops width, distance and depth are easily adjusted in the field. The mulch can be laid for perfect shape and strong enough against 6 degrees wind. Labour: 1 worker for dropping poles/semi-automatic; 1 supervisor/automatic. Hydraulic foldeble mulch layer can be lift/lay down when passing pipes or valves in the field. ADVANTAGE： -Automatic build tunnels in one pass even in windy condition. NO hard work to lay the mulch and re-covering. -65HP tractor only: no PTO, no electric output, no air compressor needed. -Versatile poles: EPGF /POM, NO need to straighten after season collecting. Light and cheap cost and easy use for 5-10 years. Galvinized steel pole can be used,too. -Automation version: pole selection and dropping with video supervision in the carbin. -Tunnel building speed at 2 km/h above at hoops distance 1.3m. -Hoops depth: 20-30cm both sides at any type of soil. -Perfect tightening of mulch/non-wovens/shed net/insect net on tunnel by hydraulic aided harrow disc. -Light and foldable for easy and safe operating and transportation.
