Description

Trailed rod driver Trailed rod driver is a clever designed machine to build frame of small tunnels effectively. Its robot arm can continuously bent and push down EPGF / POM poles or Galvanized poles deeply into soil to construct the frame of tunnel. Such hoops will support plastic mulch/nonwovens/shade-net/anti-insects net to protect crops in bad weather. There are 2 models: one arm for one pole every 360 degree rotation for slow job, 2 arms for 2 poles every 360 degree rotation for faster job. The hoops width, distance and depth are easily set in the field. Working speed: 1.5 - 5 km/h. Labour: 1 worker /semi-automatic model; 1 supervisor/automatic model. ADVANTAGE: Quick build frame of tunnel, NO hard work to insert poles into soil. 50HP tractor only: no PTO, no electric output, no air compressor needed. Versatile poles: EPGF /POM, NO need to straighten after season collecting. Light and cheap cost and easy use for 5-10 years. Galvinized steel pole can be used,too. Automatic version: pole selection and dropping with video supervision in the carbin. 1 robot and 2 robot arm depends on the model of semi-automatic and automatic. Hoops depth: 20-30cm both sides at any type of soil. Easy link frame of hoops builder can be updated to self-drive with GPS.
