Power harrow SUPER MAGNUM/P series

with rollerfolding

The two hydraulic cylinders which fold the power harrow are synchronised with a small cylinder which automatically lock with hooks the two power harrow wings in the vertical, transport position. Only one lever is required for this operation. When unfolding to the working position, the small cylinder first opens the transport locks, then the main cylinder unfolds the wings. For folding the operation is reversed. The two halves of the power harrow can float independently to follow ground contours. In the middle, the blades cross of 15 mm (inches 0,59); the soil is totally worked. 1. MAGNUM/P: transmission = central, single speed, “splitter” gearbox (T 301) plus two lateral gearboxes (DV 817) with manual change gears (24-32 tooth change gears giving 362 rpm on the rotors). 2. SUPER MAGNUM/P: transmission central, single speed, “splitter” gearbox (T 331 A) without rear pto plus two lateral lever (MZ 827 F) with manual change gears 27-43 tooth change gears giving 338 rpm on the rotors. 3. Cardan shaft with automatic torque limiter, fork 1 3/8, 21 splines. 4. Rear levelling bar with cranks between blades and roller. 5. Round blade holders which allow the fitting of stone guard. 6. 3rd cat. hitches (with 3rd cat. axles). 7. Hydraulic device for the block of the harrows during roadtransport. 8. Blade thickness = 18 mm. 9. Safety “CE” guards.
