A well controlled climate in your poultry house gives you better production results. Minimum Transitional Tunnel (MTT) is Fancom’s most extensive ventilation system that ensures an even climate in every house. Extreme weather conditions and sharply fluctuating day and night temperatures do not influence the house climate. This climate in the house adapts gradually and automatically to suit the requirements of the animals. Even with maximum occupancy and extremely high outside temperatures, the animals will continue to grow. The MTT principle is based on a gradual transition from minimum to maximum ventilation. This prevents animal stress and guarantees uninterrupted growth.
Accurate minimum ventilation improves animal performance
The first phase of the MTT ventilation concept is minimum ventilation. Minimum ventilation is essential to extract damaging waste substances such as CO2, NH3, moisture and dust and to introduce oxygen rich air. This is particularly important with young, still developing animals and in order to prevent respiratory problems. Good minimum ventilation is crucial and a condition to obtaining top performances from your animals! Air enters the house inside via air inlets at the sides of the building and is extracted by fans in the ridge or end gables. The airflow can be controlled accurately and is distributed evenly throughout the house even with low air speeds.
