Stone separator

Removing stones and dirt from the nuts. The stone separator is used after the harvesting, pre-washing, or washing. The stone separator is a multi-functional unit: It separates walnuts from stones, hazelnuts from stones and separates good chestnuts from bad ones. The nuts pass through a flotation tank. This also minimises the influence of dirt on the rest of the production process. As the water level is constant, you work under the same conditions from start to finish of the dividing.
