Description

Crack up to 30 kg nuts per hour quickly and simply. The WAL MAN is an automatic, manually operated nut cracker, which is impressive due to its easy handling and its robust, solid construction. The design is based on two plates: One plate rotates, while the other is adjustable in all directions. Operating this nut cracker is very simple. The nuts are sorted into 3 sizes. Then, you set the inlet of the cracker to the corresponding nut size and lay the nuts in the filling container. Then you have to crank to crack the nuts. Due to the long gripper this requires only a minimum of force. You get a clean cracking result and can remove the cracked nuts from under the cracker. Thanks to its low weight, the WAL MAN can be easily transported. The WAL MAN is also available with drive or electric motor. Benefits •nut inlet adjustable to the diameter of the nut •crack up to 30 kg nuts per hour •easy handling and maintenance •stable, massive construction with long service life •can be used for walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, acorns, and chestnuts •very good cracking result: Walnut: 10 – 15 % half cores and in top quality walnuts 20 – 40 % half cores; Hazelnut: 70 – 80 % whole cores •simple transport •simple adjustment to the size of the nut without tools
