The Fialho FI-SACC/14S/1RM/260L fertilizer locator spreader (for Carrot and Similar Crops) is built with a stainless steel sealed tank and cover, as well as all components in contact with the fertilizer. The structure and accessories are made of high-strength steel, making them capable of working in the toughest soil conditions, as evidenced by the complete satisfaction of our customers. The components in direct contact with the soil, which are more prone to wear, have been conveniently designed to make their replacement extremely simple, easy to execute, and cost-effective. The driving system is provided through mechanical linkage from the drive wheel, which, in contact with the soil, provides rotational movement to the fertilizer distribution shaft through chain transmission and a set of removable gears, ensuring the desired flow rate. Its mechanical simplicity makes maintenance and repair extremely easy, making it economically preferred. Mounted on the tractor's 3-point hitch, it consists of a tubular base chassis with a length of 2 meters, equipped with a 260-liter stainless steel tank, 4 flexible fertilizer locators, and 1 driving wheel for activating the fertilization system.
