A different form of biogas systems is represented by biogas domes. These installations serve as storage units for biogas, carbon dioxide, and other potential gases. Comprising three distinct layers, these biogas production facilities include: a bottom membrane, an inner membrane, an outer membrane
The gas is contained between the inner and bottom membranes. Unlike traditional concrete tanks, this biogas production setup relies on biogas domes constructed atop concrete foundations. Versatile in their applications, biogas domes find utility in tasks such as solid waste processing, sewage treatment, sludge management, agricultural waste treatment, as well as agricultural and industrial biogas projects. Like double membrane covers, biogas domes also incorporate three crucial elements to maintain a consistent pressure between the membranes: air blowers, air supply mechanism, air relief system.

Gasbuffer advantages
OPERATIONAL LIFE
Biogas domes are optimized for local climatic conditions and takes into account the wind and snow loads of the region. This significantly increases the service life of your double membrane roof.
BIG STORAGE VOLUMES
Storage of flexibel volume of gas (from 50 to 30.000m³). Operating pressure up to 50 mBar. Lowest possible gas permeability.
LIGHTWEIGHT AND DURABLE
Thanks to the high chemical resistance and mechanical strength of the membranes, Flexsol double membrane gasholder, meet the highest quality standards. New cutting and welding techniques allow the covers to better absorb the biaxial forces acting on them.
