The ASW TAURUS forms part of the Fox series, since these models are supplied preconfigured. The TAURUS versions, however, are equipped to a very high standard and combine outstanding load capacity with extreme robustness. In terms of size, capacity and robustness, the ASW TAURUS undoubtedly represents the pinnacle of our transport solutions. Available with a permitted total weight of 21 to 34 t, this vehicle was designed specifically for transporting silage – a task that it performs effortlessly thanks to its impressive size and high maximum weight. In addition, the TAURUS boasts outstanding levels of standard equipment, including full hydraulic suspension of the towing device with convenient adaptation of the coupling height. The chassis is available in both tandem and tridem form for optimum ride comfort in all situations. This is in no small part thanks to the hydraulic suspension from BPW, which not only ensures pleasant road travel but also guarantees utmost stability on sloping terrain. Moreover, the 410 x 180 axle configuration delivers outstanding load capacity and braking performance.
