Mounted offset disc harrow is designed to chop and mix the straws with soil after harvesting. After primary tillage application such as plough, chisel and cultivators on the field, mounted offset disc harrow can be used for breaking of clods and crumbling of soils. It prepares seed bed by chopping of weeds, mixing of organic and inorganic fertilizers with soil and aeration as easily. Mounted offset disc harrow is made of heavy duty rectangular pipe frame 80 mm x 80 mm, which has high resistible, heat treated discs notched at front and plain at rear or alternated. These disc harrow are manufactured as 7 x 7, 8 x 8, 9 x 9, 10 x 10 and 11 x 11, available in high quality boron steel disc with 48~52 HRC hardness of 18 Inch / 20 Inch / 22 Inch Diameter disc. It has been used house bearings with conical bearings one side and ball bearing other side with high quality seals.(Greasable) FEATURES - Suitable for tractor from 30 HP to 65 HP - Angle adjustments are provided from 0⁰ to 28⁰ to superfine ploughing, for breaking of clods, preparation of soil for sowing, burial of organic substances & remains - Easily transportable – as it gets easily attached and mounted through three point linkage. - Powder coated paint and zinc coated fasteners provides excellent resistant against corrosion. - It can till up to 8 Inch. - High quality disc materials are provided for longest hours of operation and maximize the profitability of the farmers. - Scrapers are provided on each disc to remove trash or mud with disc.
