Rotary tiller is designed to work for seed bed preparation as secondary tillage. Regular rotary tiller are all PTO-driven and used to loosen and mix both firm soil. The rotary blades are mounted on a horizontal rotor which works for cutting and ripping clods of soil. Rotary tiller can be performed as a best alternative to ploughing. It effectively breaks up the earth, even uprooting crop residue, and therefore generally eliminates the need for additional soil preparation. These machines are most widely utilized in the horticulture sector and on naturally loose ground. DELTA SERIES tiller is specially developed for wet land, light and medium soil. It is made of graded metal frame structure, which has reduced the weight of the machine to make this series most suitable for paddy fields. DELTA SERIES is recommended for wet cultivation and secondary application, suitable for paddy in clay soil, delta belt, light soil (sand), medium light soil. It is suitable for tractors in the range of 25 to 65 hp.
