SEMI-PIONEER series rotary tiller is designed to work for seed bed preparation as secondary tillage. Rotary tiller can be performed as a best alternative to ploughing. It effectively breaks up the earth, even uprooting crop residue, and therefore generally eliminates the need for additional soil preparation. SEMI-PIONEER SERIES made of heavy duty frame structure which has horizontal round pipe rotor, which works in option of multi-speed speed ROTOR RPM .These semi-pioneer series rotary tiller are available in ‘L’ , ‘C’ and ‘Spike’ blades. The blades having longer life and has special wear-resistant steel for toughest tilling operation. FEATURES - Multispeed gear box provides option of 4 different rotor speed (RPM) which applicable and required according to soil type and mixing requirement. - Suitable for tractor from 35 HP to 70 HP - Used for medium and large size farms, fruit and vegetables, orchards, gardening and nurseries. - Powder coated paint and zinc coated fasteners provides excellent resistant against corrosion. - It can loose and aerate soil 8 Inches deep. - High quality boron steel blade materials are provided for longest hours of operation and maximise the profitability of the farmers. - Rotary blades are available in two options – ‘L’, ‘C’ and ‘J’ types. 6/4 blades provided per flange. - Helical arrangement of the blades on rotor provides ensures minimum load on the tractor which makes tilling fast and economical. - Heavy duty spring assembly on leveller side ensure levelling and finishing of soil on top surface. - Rotary gear mechanism are provided with quality seal bearings to prevent moisture or mud entry.
