SMART+ series rotary tiller is designed to work for seed bed preparation as secondary tillage. SMART+ series rotary tillers are all PTO-driven and used to loosen and mix both firm soils. SMART+ series rotary tiller is made of extra heavy duty frame structure which has horizontal round pipe rotor, which works in option of multi-speed speed RPM rotor. The series of Gear box used in SMART+ is more stronger than than SMART Regular Series. These SMART+ series rotary tiller are manufactured as 5.5 Ft, 6.5 Ft and 7.5 Ft available in ‘L’ and ‘C’. The blades having longer life and has special wear-resistant steel for toughest tilling operation. FEATURES - Multispeed gear box provides option of 4 different rotor speed (RPM) which applicable and required according to soil type and mixing requirement. - Suitable for compact and light duty mini tractor from 35 HP to 55 HP - Used for medium and large size farms, fruit and vegetables, orchards, gardening and nurseries. - It can loose and aerate soil 8 Inches deep. - High quality boron steel blade materials are provided for longest hours of operation and maximise the profitability of the farmers. - Rotary blades are available in two options – ‘L’, ‘C’ and ‘J’ types. 6/4 blades provided per flange. - Helical arrangement of the blades on rotor provides ensures minimum load on the tractor which makes tilling fast and economical. - Heavy duty PTO shaft with shear bolt for overload protection. - Heavy duty spring assembly on leveller side ensure levelling and finishing of soil on top surface. - Rotary gear mechanism are provided with quality seal bearings to prevent moisture or mud entry.
