The solution for covering circular tanks A tensioned cover made from reinforced foil is an excellent way to cover a storage tank. It can be used for steel, concrete and wooden tanks. The materials used are resistant to slurry and wastewater. Your made-to-order cover The tensioned covers are made to order. The cover is fitted with two standard-sized manholes (safety requirement). The manholes can be adjusted to accommodate submersible mixers. The cover is a made-toorder product and is designed specially for each (slurry) store, taking into account the snow and wind load at the construction site. Specifications The tensioned covers are made of Genatex® 850 or Genatex® 1100, highquality reinforced PVC films, in two standard colours: grey and green. The middle column is made of hardwood and all steelwork is stainless steel grade 304 or 316. The tension pipes in circumference are galvanised steel. The tension cover has a standard angle of 17°, however other angles are also possible on request. Meets all regulatory standards All our tension covers are made-to-order, and where our installation service is required, we will install the covers in accordance with the guidelines of the BRM and Euro standards. The Genap Tension Cover is approved as a cover for reducing gas emissions and is provided with a KIWA system certificate (K95985-01).
