The Ghedini Attachments DB series brush cutters have been designed to be applied to all those excavators weighing between 6 and 8 tons. The hydraulic power supply takes advantage of the hydraulic power take-off that the excavators are equipped with. The bidirectionality of the rotor and the absence of a support roller make the brush cutter able to work in both directions. The built-in-unit carpentry of our DB Series flail mower, allows it greater resistance to possible accidental impacts. The anti-shock and anti-cavitation valves are set to 160 bar, in order to protect the engine from possible damage due to a sudden change in pressure. The motor is bidirectional and made of aluminum. Drainage is necessary only for counter pressures > 7 bar. The rotor runs at 3000 rpm for a better cut. The knives are Y-shaped, with an extra knife in the middle, allowing you to cut branches up to 12cm in diameter. The DB brushcutter is exclusively built with SKF bearings, nuts and clamps. You can get the product with direct coupling to the excavator arm, according to measures given by the client, or with a quick coupler. Available also a HD rotor with hammers or knives.
