The GMT soil mixer is a simple substrate preparation device for nurseries and horticultural farms. The growing awareness of plant growers is increasingly leading to the conclusion that preparing the substrate according to an individually developed recipe is the best solution for achieving above-average results, while allowing costs to be minimised. With the GMT soil mixer, we can complete this process in a cycle of up to 10min. (loading, mixing, unloading). The machine can be loaded with big bale breakers, wheel loaders and manually. Compact and stable construction: •Heavy chain with hardened connections. •Double interlocking discharge flap. •Driven by a helical geared motor. •Sandblasted construction, powder-coated with primer. Standard equipment: •Pneumatic wheels at the rear make it easy to navigate difficult terrain. •Radial swivel wheels at the front allow easy manoeuvring of the machine. •Shelf for the preparation of peat in 200-300l packs (stable support that will allow easy unpacking of peat cubes and safe loading into the mixer). •Scale inside the chamber (during mixing the peat is arranged in a similar way circling the lines on the side wall of the chamber, the scale makes it easier to judge the amount of mixed substrate). •Electro-valve controlled spray bar. Free yourself: A control cassette on a cable that allows basic processes to be controlled from the immediate vicinity (start, stop, irrigation), the cassette can be conveniently hung by means of a magnetic holder on another machine.
