Compact and mobile construction: The GRT big bale breaker is a machine designed to shred most soil big bales available on the market. The big bale breaker has a tilt mechanism driven by a hydraulic cylinder. The machine is characterised by high capacity, adjustable shredding and mobility, which facilitates their use in different conditions and on different terrains. It has wide, solid wheels for mobility with a hand truck or forklift. Increase production efficiency: The use of a big bale breaker allows the maximum volume of soil to be extracted from the compressed logs, aerating and fluffing them up. The shredding process translates directly into increased efficiency of crop production in horticulture, nursery and larger vegetable farms. Standard equipment: •Wide solid wheels for moving the machine with a hand pallet truck. •Control pendant on cable with convenient magnetic handle. •Calibrated chain with increased tensile strength. •Single-shaft shredding unit. •Adjustable discharge hopper. •Forklift attachment possible on three sides of the machine Additional equipment: •Laser soil level sensor - non-contact measurement of hopper fullness and automatic operation of the machine is ideal for use with potting machines. •Sprinkler bar controlled by a time relay and electro-valve.
