Accumulator table GSTB

The GSTB buffer table in the basic size of 7000 x 2200mm is a mobile unit. Longer designs up to 12000 require foundation and assembly at the destination. Standard equipment: •Infeed conveyor equipped with stop modules serving only one pot which eliminates pot jamming. •Infinitely variable belt speed •Advanced photoelectric sensors with elimination of external influences (e.g. ‘harsh’ sun). •Touch control panel. •Adjustable distance between pots in a row, between rows and between packs for transport. •Straight and alternate formation can be set. Loading module GSTB-Z: Setting the flowerpots in a specific formation is possible with a loading module. The module receives the pots from the infeed conveyor, determining their number and distance in the row. The entire row is then moved onto the synchronised belt of the buffer table. Unloading module GSTB-R: The module is equipped with a double unloading system based on rollers and a mechanical arm that slides the pots from the table onto the cross conveyor. Optional equipment: •loading module
