The plant trimmer, thanks to its adjustable blades and fan system, is a very good solution for pruning not only herbs, but other plants in multi-pots and multiplats. Standard equipment: •Blade with adjustable blade speed. •A set of side fans to lift the plants off the pallet with adjustable blowing power. •Main extraction fan with adjustable suction power on a convenient mobile trolley and waste container made of inert material. •Openable side panels with easy access to the interior of the cutting unit. •Limit switch at the end of the conveyor to stop the belt if the pallet is not picked up by the operator. Extensive equipment as standard: The multiplier cutter consists of a belt feeder with a PVC belt driven by a geared motor and a cutting module with a fan receiving the cut plants. The cutting module is an adjustable part so that we can choose the ideal height for shearing heathers and seedlings. In the case of shearing transplants with flaccid stems, the machine is equipped with two additional fans on the side that lift the plants at the edges of the multiplets and a comb that separates the stems inside the multiplets. This makes it possible to ensure that all plants are cut to an equal height.
