Convenient and efficient seed selection: The CF series selection conveyor is the ideal solution for the selection of broad beans and other seeds prior to weighing. The operator can quickly identify the grains and remove them in a seated position at an ergonomic height. A food contact approved belt with a distinctive colour allows the seeds to be conveniently identified for rejection. Key features: •Infinitely adjustable belt speed. •Two size variants with lengths of 2.0 and 2.5m and widths of 50 and 80cm respectively. •Sandblasted, powder-coated construction with primer. •Available in an all stainless steel version. Conveyor in two sizes: The bean selection conveyor CF (made of black lacquered steel) and IF (made of acid-resistant stainless steel) is available in two sizes 2000x500 with a length of 200cm and a width of 50cm and 2500x800 with a length of 250cm and a width of 80cm. The first conveyor is recommended for use with 1 GPBOE vibrating scrubber. The larger version will do the job in cooperation with the wider GPBOE800 bean vibratory scrubber and when two GPBOE scrubbers are used. Washer control: Each conveyor with a 3x400V~ connection has an additional connector for controlling the vibrating scrubber. When the conveyor is stopped, the vibrating bean scrubber is also stopped. The scrubber starts working again when the bean selector conveyor is switched on.
