Vegetable reception: The GKP receiving hopper is used to unload and dispense vegetables from smaller trailers, tippers and forklift turntables. Standard equipment: •Removable board on the hopper side (reduces height for smaller trailers to 790mm). •Stepless speed adjustment from 50 to 150mm. •Chevron-type multi-layered rubber belt. •Galvanised steel basket. •Construction sandblasted and powder coated with zinc primer. Wide range of configurations: The GKP650 root vegetable receiving hopper can be retrofitted with separators: •C1_01 - 6 - roller separator, with fixed gap between the rollers. •C1_02 - 8 - roller separator, with adjustable gap between rollers in the range of 10-70mm. •C1_03 - 8 - roller separator, with adjustable gap between rollers in the range 10-70mm. Available rollers are steel rollers and PU spiral rollers (clockwise and counterclockwise spirals). Adjustable belt speed: The hopper as standard has infinitely variable speed control from 50 -150mm. If a more time-consuming vegetable selection is required, the speed can be reduced to the 15 - 50mm range using an additional release gear. Match the hopper to your processing line: The infeed height of 790mm and the discharge height of 1390 can be adjusted up to +150mm to suit your needs. This height can be increased to 600mm by using an additional rack installed under the frame.
