Box tipper GWS

Economical tippler for 1500kg boxes: The machine is the first component of most vegetable processing and packing lines. The models presented are designed to work both on smaller farms and in more heavy-duty configurations. In the basic version, each machine is equipped with a control cassette installed on a 5m cable. Basic features: •One double-acting hydraulic cylinder for 1200x1000 boxes (model GWS1) and two cylinders for larger boxes weighing up to 1500kg (model GWS2). •Control pendant on a 5 m cable, the tipping process continues while the arrow button is held down. •Hydraulic and electrical overload protection. •Construction sand-blasted, powder-coated with zinc primer. GWS1 box tipper: The tippler has one hydraulic cylinder allowing up to 700 kg working load on a pallet. The structure is adapted to crates with a maximum dimension of 1200x1000 and a height of up to 1000mm. GWS2 box tipper: This tipper is designed for heavy-duty work in difficult conditions. It is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders that allow emptying crates weighing up to 1500kg. The design is suitable for crates with a maximum dimension of 1500x1000 or 2000x1000 and a height of up to 1200mm. Optional equipment: •Safety shutter to prevent the body from being emptied too quickly. •Tipping control system with ultrasonic sensor.
