Washing and rinsing vegetables: The GMB drum washer is a machine designed for washing root vegetables. The working element of the scrubber is a drum made of stainless perforated sheet metal. The rotational speed of the drum is infinitely adjustable: The drive is built on the basis of a geared motor with infinitely variable speed by means of a frequency converter. The selectable drum speed allows the machine to be adapted to vegetables with varying degrees of dirt and resistance to ‘cutting’.
