The GMW vegetable brusher is designed for brushing and polishing root vegetables that have been pre-rinsed or soaked. Brushing takes place in a trough formed by rotating brushes. The vegetables are continuously rinsed with water. When the machine is equipped with a recycling bath, water is used several times.
Standard equipment:
•Infinitely variable brush speed.
•Reversible direction of brush rotation.
•Control box on a 5 m cable.
•Drip tray with 160mm connection.
•Slide gate with adjustable position (convenient drive from the side of the machine via a hand wheel).
•Galvanised construction.
7 and 9 brush versions:
The GMW vegetable brusher comes in a 7-brush version (GMW7) and a 9-brush version (GMW9). The smaller machine will work well for polishing primarily round vegetables such as celery or potatoes. For brushing elongated vegetables (carrots, parsley, parsnips), we recommend the GMW9 version.
Optional equipment:
•Central bearing lubrication.
•Time-controlled drain valve.
•Electric shower valve.
•Water recycling tank R.
•Loading conveyor 2800x300mm.
•Hydraulic machine angle adjustment.
