Description

G 89/93 DS 32″: tomato harvesters Developed to meet the need to reduce man labour on board the machine, the tomato harvester model G 89/93 DS 32″ adds the double electronic levelled sorters to the aforementioned characteristics of the MS 32″. The belted chain with differentiated blades has an upgraded conveyance capacity, capable of feeding the double electronic sorter with 32 channels with an abundant load of tomatoes. The presence of two electronic sorters fitted one after the other means that the harvester can work self-sufficiently without personnel on board even in the presence of very high percentages of green tomatoes. The first sorter eliminates almost all of the green tomatoes and the next one rejects dirt, stones and finishes-off the sorting phase based on the desired colour. The automatic levelling system of the double sorter together with that of the entire machine means that the sorting machine works efficiently even on strong slopes. Despite the presence of the double sorter, the manual sorting footboard can still easily take 4 workers, thus confirming to be the largest of its category in compliance with industrial safety norms. The tomato harvesters of the G-89/93 series are the evolution of the amazingly successful G89 model, which revolutionised tomato harvesting In the 90’s. These machines are very much appreciated worldwide thanks to their outstanding production capacity and reliability, achieved thanks to constant development and to the use of top quality materials and components
