HALDRUP GCP-20 with removable carousel, roller transportation and filling automatic, counts grains with high speed and precision. With a speed of approx. 1000 grains per minute, e. g. maize, soybean and sunflower seed is counted and filled into bags. Grains are detected by a sensor and transported by adjustable rollers. The number of grains per bag and the number of bags can be selected freely. The start-stop system installed in front of the optical sensor helps to stop rolling grains on time. Via touchpanel the speed can be adjusted and the sensitivity of the optical sensor in measuring different sizes of grain can be changed. Addidtionally, the HALDRUP GCP-20 grain counter and filling machine can be equipped with a barcode-reader and a scale. The recorded measurement values are saved on USB stick or SD card.
