The Leopard Hydroconta valve could be configured as follows: pressure reducer, pressure sustainer, electrovalve, pressure relief, level float valve…
Leopard valves are available from DN 20 to DN 300 diameter.
Leopard membrane hydraulic valve with body in nodular cast iron. It has a smaller structural dimension; it reduces equipment weight. The new hydraulic design improves hydraulic valve KV conditions.
Hydraulic membrane or diaphragm valve.
•During operation, it uses the energy of the circulating fluid, with a single activation chamber, which is closed by the diaphragm. All parts together form a conduit through which the water will flow, which we will “strangle” through the diaphragm, as needed.
Low load losses
•Hidroconta’s Leopard hydraulic valve has been designed to prevent pressure surges caused by its slow opening and closing process. In addition, its hydrodynamic design reduces any possible internal turbulences and its body generates low load losses.
Low maintenance
•Its simple construction system, with few moving parts, allows on-site maintenance without the need to disassemble the installation, in addition to guaranteeing a long useful life. An internal spring can be fitted to force the hydraulic valve open, although this is optional and not always required.
Improved design
•The new Leopard membrane valve design has improved the kV that the valve can handle. In addition, a reduced body size has also allowed the improvement of its characteristics, reducing the unit’s weight.
