Description

Indication Tasty complementary feed for calves based on acids and energy. Salmocol has a beneficial effect on the intestinal function and promotes the resistance. Salmocol ensures the reduction of the pH-value of the milk feed due to the presence of acids. As a result, unwanted germs are less likely to cause illness to the calf through the gastrointestinal tract. All this for one purpose: a healthier calf and a higher milk intake, resulting in a better developed calf which is the basis for the dairy cow of the near future. Sodium lignosulphonate is able to greatly reduce the corrosive properties of formic acid and propionic acid. In addition, it also removes the sharp sour smell of organic acids, which improves the absorption. The acid mixture in Salmocol also allows the product to be mixed in warm milk without problems (no curdling) so that the feed intake and -utilization will be improved (improved oesophagus groove reflex). Feed instructions 5 cc per litre (artificial)milk after the colostrum administration up to the from the colostrum up to the moment of weaning. Storage Store in a cool, dry place, below 30°C. Keep out of direct sunlight. Close packaging after each use. Registration Salmocol is a complementary feed produced conform the GMP+ HACCP-guidelines. GMP+ no. 40120
