SOPHISTICATED CUT CONTROL
The cut control on the SuperCut 100S is typically specified by the machine manufacturer, so that the signaling matches the machine’s control system. Today, we supply a number of variants, ranging from a simple bar home inductive sensor to encoders. One major advantage of the SuperCut 100S is that the saw bar feed out is based on a rack and pinion solution. This means the feed has a constant lever arm, which makes it very easy for the harvester’s control system to regulate the feed force.
