The HYPRO 755 HB Wheel Carried Processor provides more forest operators the opportunity to own and use a strong and competitive harvesting machine. The processor connects very easily to the tractor with the same principle as with a forest trailer. HYPRO 755 HB is supplied complete with its own hydraulic system and wide angle PTO-shaft. Pump and tank are mounted on the processor unit and it does not add more than about 200 kg to the tractor hitch. This makes it useful even for lighter tractors and very easy to connect and disconnect when changing equipment. The machine is smooth and easy to operate with strong frame steering and hydraulic support legs for greater stability when required, such as when winching large trees or felling with a felling grapple. The processor has 280° slewing radius, lateral displacement and +/- 25° articulated steering with double cylinder which combined makes adaptation to the felling direction very good and gives a distance between the timber stacks of up to 3.3 meters. HYPRO 755 HB is operated by HYPRO’s own EHC-Canbus system, HYPRO-CAN DUAL, with mini-joysticks from within the tractor cabin. With a simple push of a button selection is made between crane and processor mode and operate in such a way both with the same joysticks. HYPRO 755 HB is suitable for thinning as well as for final felling. Length and diameter measurement with stored log data in HYPRO’s measuring computer MD320 is standard equipment on all HYPRO 755 models. The log data is saved and stored at each cut and can then easily be saved to or printed out from a PC. MD320 records the number of cut pieces, number of cubic meter and medium volume for each selected tree species.
