With the heavy type roller AMR, the top layer of the finalized soil for planting is compacted and leveled. Rollers have an important place in seedbed preparation. Before planting, it ensures the fragmentation of the clods on the soil surface and the smoothing of the surface. It guarantees the trouble-free operation of the sowing machine and the germination of the sown seed. It is also used for planting before winter and for compacting loose soil that has swollen when the season ends. Compacting the top layer of the soil ensures the retention of moisture and water in the soil, better germination of the soil, and healthier root development. In rolled fields, yield is increased and soil erosion is minimized.
Different Roller Types
There are 2 types of roller available: Tubular and Cambridge type. The chassis structure for both types is the same; only the battery structures are different. Tubular rollers are lighter, and the gap resulting from the difference in diameters of the tube and the roller wheel allows the roller to move up and down as it travels in the field, ensuring better integration with the surface. Cambridge rollers are heavier, and each cast gear roller wheel is individually connected to the shaft, allowing each to move independently.
Robust Material, Robust Design
Quality, durable and long-lasting cast materials are used.
Equal Weight Distribution
Each part of the roller distributes weight evenly and applies even pressure to the soil. In this way, inequalities in the field are prevented
