General Points The Tetra-CAP are double-axle tipping trailers with turntable that are ideal for transporting your seed crops (and many other products). They are all made of high tensile steel. The chassis has an ergonomic and durable design thanks to its hot-dip galvanisation (in the JOSKIN Group's galvanisation plant). The bodies are compact, robust and modular. Ease of Use The chassis of the Tetra-CAP is fitted on a running gear with parabolic leaves. It guarantees flexibility and high operating comfort, both in the field and on the road, even under the most difficult conditions. In extreme conditions, rubber suspension buffers also limit the leaf crushing, while maintaining a soft and smooth machine suspension. A lowered chassis provides a lower centre of gravity, which results in a better machine stability and an increased driving comfort, both on the road and in the field. In addition, the lowered body makes loading easier. The narrow chassis allows the use of wide wheels to maximise the stability. The operating comfort is also improved by the positioning of the axles, which is not left to chance. Indeed, the advanced position of the 1st axle (on turntable) offers an unprecedented manoeuvrability. Galvanised Chassis and Drawbar In addition to the qualities of the steel and 2K paint used to guarantee an outstanding durability, the drawbar and chassis are hot-dip galvanised, which provides the best possible protection against corrosion.
