The flex scraper is a very animal-friendly and versatile manure scraper. Another advantage is that you can easily drive a tractor over it. The flex scraper is a very animal-friendly manure scraper that is sometimes compared to the JOZ folding scraper. However, unlike the folding scraper which folds completely, the flex scraper only folds partially. The flex scraper needs just 1.5 metres to unfold its scraper arms again, so it only misses a small area of floor. JOZ supplies two types of flex scrapers; the standard flex scraper and the flex scraper with E-rubber. The flex scraper is fitted with a 4 cm wear-resistant rubber along the entire underside, making it very maintenance-friendly. The entire frame is at the top of the scraper, so there is no contact between the metal and the floor. The narrow main frame allows the scraper to open quickly, and both arms fold double during its return pass. This means that during the return pass it is possible to drive over the flex scraper, and cows can pass the scraper without having to negotiate obstacles. The flex scraper has a bend in the main frame as standard, which prevents manure and bedding from ending up in the stalls. The manure and bedding slide towards the middle of the scraper, so the flex scraper glides more evenly and easily.
