The JOZ combi scraper was developed especially for barns with solid or semi-solid floors. The combi scraper operates on the principle of main wings on each side of the central pulling bar, which are in the vertical position during scraping and raised when the scraper returns. This allows the combi scraper to return along the manure alley while taking virtually no manure back with it.
The two wings scrape the side walls perfectly clean along the entire width, even if the walls are not perfectly straight. JOZ has a total of 5 different combi scrapers in its range. What type of combi scraper is best for your barn? That depends on the type of floor and the specific situation. The different types of scrapers:
•single-acting combi scraper
1.standard
2.overdriveable
3.retractable pulling bar
4.Comb scraper
•Dual-acting combi scraper with end discharge
•Combi scraper HCI W5 floor
•Chicken manure scraper
Single-acting combi scraper
The single-acting combi scraper requires little space to park, and opens quickly at the beginning of the manure alley. This model can be used on solid concrete floors, slatted floors, rubber floors, and low-emission floors.
The single-acting combi scraper is available in 4 versions. version 1 is the standard version, while version 2 is useful in that it can be driven over.
If you haven’t got much space in the barn for manure disposal, you can opt for version 3, a single-acting combi scraper with retractable pulling bar. The long pulling bar retracts when approaching the discharge area, so there is no empty space in the barn. Version 4 is the comb scraper. This is used for slatted floors made of concrete or rubber.
