Description

Junkkari HJ320 is a powerful and compact tractor mounted chipper for contractors. Its extremely sturdy frame is equipped with a flange, to which a crane can easily be mounted. The chipper is available with a conventional infeed chute or a infeed conveyor. Optimal feed angle for high output The heavy-duty disc of the HJ320 chipper is equipped with four knives which makes it a highly powerful machine in its size category for contractors. The feeding angle of 60 degrees to the disc reduces the power demand and enables high production. The blades are steplessly adjustable for different chip sizes. Under optimal conditions, the HJ320 chipper can chop up to 80m3 per hour. Crane-mounted contractor chipper The HJ320 model with crane infeed chute has two horizontal feed rollers. Alternatively you can choose a carpet conveyor to replace the lower feed roller. The length of the in-feed conveyor is 150 cm. For both versions, the wood must always be fed by a crane loader. Infeed chute Optimal infeed chute for the loader The infeed chute is wide and sturdy. A no-stress rotation guard as standard ensures smooth operation. If the tractor rpm drops, the feed stops, the rollers retract the wood away from the blades and automatically resume feeding when the rpm rises back to the working level. The model with the infeed conveyor has a longer chute. The length of the conveyor is 150 cm. The HJ320 chipper must always be fed with a crane loader.
