A Powerful and Efficient Sort Process – In a single pass, VERYX BioPrint removes over 95% of shells and foreign materials (FM) as small as 2 millimeters from the product stream, even at defect loads of 40% or greater.
Accurate Product Quality Control – VERIX BioPrint manages product color and surface defects to consistently deliver the desired final quality grade. It can also detect invisible chemometric and internal product conditions like almonds with a bitter taste.
Maximum Yield – VERYX BioPrint sacrifices as little as 1% or less good product to the reject stream, increasing good product recovery and the profitability of each nut batch.
