This basic model for trimming a complete lane of vines also has the original cutting unit from KMS Rinklin with the smooth-running drive train, powder-coated spray protection, and proven double anti-collision for the vertical cutting system. The standard scope of delivery includes boom and adapter (connection between the lifting frame and the boom or device). Lifting frame attachment, lifting frame, the adapter for the parallel kinematics function or, if necessary, the adapter for third-party lifting frames can be individually combined as required. The standard cutting unit is swivelled manually; the expanded scope of delivery offers both electrical and hydraulic variants. The vertical cutting unit can be angled manually, so the foliage cutters can be driven up to the canopy in a fir-tree shape or parallel to the canopy. The cutting width can also be varied from about 40 to 60 cm, manually as standard, or optionally hydraulically. One special option is lifting of the cutting unit by 90° with the above-lane models, allowing a vertical cutting unit to be folded up backwards at an angle of up to 90° (to the carrier vehicle) to lift the foliage cutter out of the lane, for example.
