PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Completely automated weighing system for Snack peppers and other fruit crops. Specially developed for snack peppers which is packaged in trays or bags. The system has an automatically dosed supply by means of a tilting lever or manual input in 60x40 boxes. A bunker with vibratory feeder, which feeds the peppers in a controlled manner to the picking belt with sensors and conveyor belts ensures conveying to the reading table rolls for manual input. The system is entirely programmable using PLC and touchscreen operation. It is also possible to weigh 3 different colours per portion with an extension to the conveying system and a part of the Multihead weigher. This set-up is used for the Mix packaging. The complete system is made of stainless steel. The machine is made as per the requirements imposed by tfood safety, the ARBO [Dutch Safety, Health & Welfare Service Act], ISO 9001 and EC.
