Cutting lamb's lettuce is labour-intensive and physically hard work. Of course, increasing the crop size by lamb's lettuce growers is currently an advantage, in view of the high labour costs and available manpower. We have developed an entirely new and very high-quality machine with this as background; the fully automatic Lamb's Lettuce harvesting machine. This machine makes it possible to cut off the lamb's lettuce from the root at the desired height. The lamb’s lettuce can be packaged in a good posture from behind the machine, due to which a lot of time and effort is saved. The machine is very suitable for the lamb's lettuce grower oriented to the future. The lamb's lettuce harvester in hydraulic and electric version with batteries. Advantages of electric version, very precise, clean, silent and inexpensive to use. Even maintenance and wear and tear is nil in this regard. The machine rides on a track chassis, due to which the beds can have a small distance of +/- 8 cm between each other. The tracks have an optimal weight distribution, due to which the soil structure remains optimal. Harvesting belts are in design of 1 to 2 metres in width for loose or upright lamb's lettuce. A work plate is mounted behind the harvesting belt which can be folded; the driver stands on it and there is enough space for 2 pallets of boxes or cubic boxes. The harvesting cutter can be converted for products like spinach, rucola and baby leaf types with a band saw. Various options can be discussed with our representatives.
