The KUHN RW 1200 is a self-loading round bale wrapper capable of loading, transporting and wrapping the bale on the go. The weight is positioned close to the tractor offering maximum stability and ideal weight distribution during wrapping and transport. The KUHN RW 1200 self-loading round bale wrapper is capable of loading, transporting and wrapping heavy bales of up to 1200 kg. The 3-point linkage mounted design positions the weight close to the tractor, which contributes to the stability and weight distribution during wrapping and transport. The RW 1200 features a hydraulic 'scissor-type' film cutter that cuts and holds the film firmly in its position, ready for the next bale to be wrapped. Changing the film roll is easily done while from ground level. Choose from the manual controlled version (M) or computer-controlled version (C). Fast and reliable wrapping Conical pre-stretcher The standard pre-stretchers, which hold a 750 mm roll, are made of aluminum to avoid tack build-up from the film. Both outer ends of the aluminum rollers are cone-shaped to maintain the optimum width of the film and reduce the risk of tearing. The special ribbed profile of the aluminum rollers keeps air and water away from the film. The location of the pre-stretchers makes it very easy to change the film rolls. The standard pre-stretch of 70% is reached by a low-maintenance and low-noise gear transmission. An optional 60% pre-stretcher gear kit can be installed to change the standard pre-stretch to 60% to adapt to difficult wrapping conditions.
