The CLEANGRAPE destemmer is a grape sorting system born from an accurate job – site research intended to reach the maximum cleaning level achievable for the harvested grapes, preserving the grapes integrity and the quality level, also in high-productive conditions. The sorting chain and the innovative shape of the destemmer enable a fast draining of the must and the grapes, expelling from the destemming chamber just stalks, leaves and shoots. The sorting chain can be regulated independently, letting the operator to regulate it at his own operative need, without altering the working speed. The destemming-chamber isolates the action of the rotor, avoiding it from throwing and then crushing the residuals along the sorting chain, disposing the stalks, steams and leaves quickly. The helicoidal rotor is equipped with technopolymer moulded extremities, which are delicate on the grapes also at high speeds and in condition of elevated production. The extremities incidence itself and the rotor rpm are easily adjustable to match the features of the harvest.
