Description

We have a huge variety of metal disc filters, ranging from 2″ to 4″. Our manual filters are ideal for small flows, they have a large surface filtering area and low head loss. They also feature high resistance to the effects produced by differential pressure. They are particularly suitable as safety station filters. From 2” to 4 “ Available discs: Standard disc 190 microns Construction materials Body: carbon steel or stainless steel. Joints: synthetic rubber nitrile 60º Shore. Screws: zinc-plated weather resistant. Crosshead: stainless steel AISI 316L. Connection flange: DIN 2576. The filters provide large filtration surfaces, guarantee minimum head loss and offer strong resistance to differential pressure effects. They are used as safety devices in stations water outlet. SYSTEM The physical filtration is performed by the solids retention into the disc channels, which are created by the LAMA disc set superposition on a high security cage structure. CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS Body: carbon steel. Closing joints: synthetic rubber nitrile 60º Shore. Screws: zinc-plated weather resistant. Crosshead: stainless steel AISI 316L. Flange Connection: DIN 2576. STEEL SURFACE TREATMENT The steel elements are treated internally and externally and an impregnation of NANOTECHNOLOGY. After that, the elements are painted by electrostatic spraying powder paint, epoxy polyester.
