Description

Senior manual screen filters are made of glass fibre reinforced polyamide. Their cartridge is introduced with pressure at the base of the filter, thanks to a small notch that makes it easier to fit. The screen cartridge is open in the inside area to the basis, so the clean water is not contaminated. Its morphology is simple, making its assembly and disassembly easier. In its centrifuge version the desired flow can be obtained depending on the number of holes plugged. 2” and 3” filters Available screens for manual filters: Standard screen for manual filters: 0,115 mm Construction materials Body: glass fiber reinforced polyamide. Screen: stainless steel. Joints: synthetic rubber nitrile 60º Shore. The tower gets into the base by pushing it down. In the centrifugal version, it is possible to obtain the desirable flow depending on the covered plugs. SYSTEM The filtration occurs by the physical retention of particles larger than the stainless steel heat-welded screen. CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS Body: glass fiber reinforced polyamide. Screen: PVC cartridge and stainless steel heat-welded screen. Joints: synthetic rubber nitrile 60º Shore. FILTERING ELEMENT Stainless steel heat-welded screen in a PVC tubular structure. CLEANING To perform thorough screen washings: remove the filter cover, pull the cartridge out, and proceed to the cleaning with some pressure running water.
