Description

Built on a 8” x 8” and 8” x 6” x ½” wall, all welded one-piece frame, the ICON 6510 Construction Disc can take what tough industrial construction jobs demand. The frame is carried on a 5 1/2” lift axle with 1” wall thickness. Maintenance-free UHMW bearings support the lift axle. Road clearance in transport is 11”. The 4 1/2” diameter cylinders all have 2 1/2” cylinder rods. Industrial rated hoses (4,300 PSI) are used throughout. The disc gang uses a 2 1/2” gang bolt with nuts on both ends. 32” x 10 mm or 36" x 12 mm notched blades are spaced 17 1/2” apart. Cast spacer spools that are 8 1/2” in diameter provide exceptional blade support. 719 lbs. per blade provides exceptional penetration capacity. Gangs have oil bath bearings. Bearing supports are an integral part of the one piece frame. Adjustable scrapers keep the blades free from build-up of material.
