Fat filled whey is white creamy, free flowing powder product, obtained from fresh liquid whey from cheese making, which is mixed as liquid with different types of oils and fats, homogenized and dried in a spray tower by hot air. This way we get a tiny oil/fat droplet covered by milk protein and lactose. This is microencapsulated oil/fat on a lactic basis.

The fresh liquid milk whey comes from nearby cheese factories and is transported at low temperatures and stored refrigerated in our facilities until its early incorporation into the production process.
The oils/fats involved in its manufacture are food grade, with low acidity, stabilized, free of impurities and subjected to rigorous quality control.Three types of fat are used:
-Refined coconut oil
-Refined palm oil
-(Iberian) Pig lard.
