LEIBER®BREWERS’ YEAST Leiber®Brewers´ yeast, unextracted consists of 100 % "real" brewers´ yeast (saccharomyces cerevisae). This comes exclusively from breweries that brew their beer in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. This is therefore particularly significant, since only "real" brewers´ yeast contains the polyphenols (alpha and beta acids) from the hops, which is added during the brewing process.
