The TLBA Flail is a piece of equipment used for the shredding of shrubs near ditches, banks, orchards and roadside edges. The available boom allows a variety of uses: internally for agricultural use, laterally for work near the end of the field or ditches and in a vertical position for the pruning of hedges.
